Hello, I am Buddy, the owner and lead inspector of PatriotPro Home Inspection Services, LLC. I hold both a CPI (Certified Professional Home Inspector) and a Professional Real Estate Inspection certification. These certifications are with both interNACHI (InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and with ICA (Inspection Certifications Associates). Additionally with Certifications in Radon measurement, Sewer Scope, Infrared, Mold and Air Quality sampling all of this ensure you will get the quality of inspection that you desire and peace of mind. Plus we are one of the only inspection companies in KC with a crawlspace robot. My beliefs thrive on honesty and communications, knowing that is the key to success. 

I have spent the majority of my adult life serving my country and my community. I am a US Military Veteran and a Nationally Registered Paramedic and Certified Firefighter. I spent a number of those years in management, instructor and a mentor, this gained me respect as leader. This has allowed me to honed my keen eye and skills to detect and identify even the smallest of details, how to mitigate them and responsibly report them. 

I also have over 15 years in construction related fields primarily as a Real Estate Entrepreneur and General Contractor including real estate remodel flips and sub contracting consulting construction project management. 

 Rest assured that we will not only bring the knowledge of the construction industry but also the professionalism that you deserve.  We are constantly training to keep up with any industry changes and recalls.  Our job will always be to inspect with you family in mind.  Let us show you how we do it.  

Hi, I’m Kevin Seymour with PatriotPro Home Inspections. After more than three decades as a professional firefighter and 22 years in the Air Force Reserves, I’ve completed my InterNACHI home inspection training and am excited to put my experience to work for Kansas City families.

My career has been built around protecting people and property. As a longtime fire service leader, I developed a sharp eye for detail, a strong understanding of how buildings and systems work, and the discipline to stay thorough even when conditions are tough. Those same habits now guide every inspection I perform.

I believe a good inspection should leave you informed and confident—not overwhelmed. My approach is straightforward: careful observation, clear communication, and honest reporting so you know exactly what you’re dealing with before you buy.

Before joining the PatriotPro team, I spent nearly a decade working in accounting and human resources. That experience has given me a strong background in organization, communication, customer service, and handling the many details that go into keeping a business running successfully.
